Remy’s practice is exclusively dedicated to criminal law.
Remy opened his own practice after working at two well-respected criminal law firms in Toronto. Remy has successfully defended clients at trial in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He has worked on cases ranging from first-degree murder to impaired driving and simple theft.

Remy graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and also obtained an American law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to completing his legal education, Remy completed a Masters of Arts in political science at Western University and a Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Toronto.
While in law school, Remy won second place team in the Walsh Negotiation Competition after placing first in the BLG Negotiation Competition. He also competed in the Arnup Cup criminal trial competition. In addition to his competitive mooting experiences, Remy was a Research Fellow at the Refugee Hub and an Assistant Editor on the Ottawa Law Review. At Michigan State University, Remy was a clinician at the Immigration Law Clinic where he represented vulnerable immigrant populations.​
Remy has served as an Associate Producer for The Law Garage since 2021, a legal education podcast featuring leading members of the criminal bar.
Remy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Legal Aid Ontario, Criminal Lawyers Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
